For my week 5 Blog I will be writing about my Grandmas Gluten-free chicken wing recipe. My grandma always made good chicken wings. I would like to share her recipe with y'all, we are not sure where she got the recipe. I promise you these are really good chicken wings you have to try to make them at home, but nobody can make them like my grandma could. Instructions: 3 lb of chicken wings  2/3 cup of soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 2 clover garlic  2 tablespoon of sugar  1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger Cut flap off wings then marinate for 2 hours Bake 325 for 1 hour  

Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies

  For my four-week blog I will be writing about my favorite Gluten-Free Sugar cookies recipe. these Gluten-Free sugar cookies are my favorite cookies. They are so soft when they come out of the oven. They don't even taste like they are Gluten-Free, they are so much better than a store-bought sugar cookie. We make them every year for the Holidays, the best part about sugar cookies is you can put any color of icing you want and also add some sweet toppings to them. These sugar cookies are perfect for any occasion. Ingredients:                                         1/2 cup butter salted                                                                   1 cup sugar  1 egg 1 tsp vanilla  1/2 tsp of almond extract  1 1/2 tsp cups of flour 1/2 teaspoon xanthium gum  1/2 baking powder                          Instructions: Mix sugar and butter for 5 minutes, then mix egg and extract in another bowl mix flour xanthium gum into baking powder then poor slowly into butter. Cook 325F   Bake 12

Gluten-free King Arthur Pizza

For my three week blog I will be writing about Gluten-Free Pizza. Gluten free pizza isn't always the best pizza especially when it is made out of cauliflower. If you like cauliflower, then you will love Gluten-Free cauliflower crust, personally though I do not like cauliflower, so I don't like my pizza made with it. but I found a recipe for those who want to make their own gluten free pizza without buying a already made one. We will be using a Gluten-Free King Arther recipe I found on the internet. The ingredients you will need for the crust: 1 3/4 cups and (273g) of King Arther Gluten-Free all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons (14g) of nonfat dry milk from any grocery store  1/2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 teaspoon (6g) of salt  1 teaspoon of xanthan gum 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar 1 cup (227g) of lukewarm water 2 tablespoons (25g) of olive oil and 1 1/2 tablespoons (18g) of olive oil for your pan 1 3/4 teaspoons of instant yeast  For Your Pizza Toppings 6 ounces (170g) of mozz

  My two-week food Blog update for my two-week blog, I am posting about my gluten-free strawberry poke cake. This cake recipe brings back a memory for me. For my 18th birthday before my Grandma sadly passed away I wanted a gluten-free strawberry poke cake, Gluten-free cakes are always very dry and always have a cornbread kind of texture to them. My Grandma and I decided to look up some recipes for a strawberry poke cake. But we couldn't find any recipes. So, we decided to use a Betty Crocker recipe using a Gluten-Free cake mix. Here is what you need: Pillsbury Gluten Free Classic Yellow Premium Cake Mix  1 cup of boiling water  1 box of (4-serving size) Jell-O strawberry-flavored gelatin  Betty Crocker Gluten-Free whipped fluffy white frosting  12 fresh strawberries, cut in half Steps 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
