For my week 5 Blog I will be writing about my Grandmas Gluten-free chicken wing recipe. My grandma always made good chicken wings. I would like to share her recipe with y'all, we are not sure where she got the recipe. I promise you these are really good chicken wings you have to try to make them at home, but nobody can make them like my grandma could.


Instructions:

3 lb of chicken wings 

2/3 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup vinegar

2 clover garlic 

2 tablespoon of sugar 

1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger

Cut flap off wings then marinate for 2 hours

Bake 325 for 1 hour
