For my 6 week blog I will be writing my grandmas Gluten-Free apple pie recipe. She taught me how to make small Gluten-Free apple pies using a cupcake pan. I decided for this week to make her Gluten-Free apple pies.


Cut up apple slices put apple slices into a bowl add 1/2 a cup of sugar to the apple slices, sprinkle cinnamon to the apple slices. Put apple slices in refrigerator for two hours. 




1/2 of Gluten-Free flour 

One cup of sugar

One egg

Mix

1/2 tbs apple cider vinegar

1/2 tbs of vanilla

Two tbs of cinnamon 

Preheat oven 400°F 

put dough in refrigerator for two hours
