Gluten-Free Brownies
Today for my 7 week blog I will be writing about Gluten-Free Brownies. This recipe is a good Gluten-Free brownie mix you can make at home, they come out of the oven nice and soft and chocolaty.
Ingredients:
170 Grams 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
200 Grams 1 cup caster sugar.
90 Grams 1/2 cup brown sugar.
200 Grams 1 cup caster sugar.
90 Grams 1/2 cup brown sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
3 large eggs.
40 grams 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
70 grams 1/2 cup gluten free all-purpose flour.75 grams milk or dark chocolate chips.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 to 350 F. Grease 8-inch square pan.
In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter and sugar gently whisk together. Add vanilla extract and stir.
Add 2 or 3 eggs one at a time steer in between. then sift in cocoa powder and flour stir until combined. add chocolate chips.
Pour the brownie mix into the prepared tin and place in oven. bake brownies for 30-35 minutes or until they no longar wobble in the middle.
Leave in tin and transfer a wire rack to cool, the brownies are very fragile so if you can, try to transfer to the fridge for an hour before you cut them.
